These terms and conditions applies to the PlayVille app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Digimi Game (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.


Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.


The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.


The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:


Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.


If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.


Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.


In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.


The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Users are not allowed to use Digimi Game and its services or participate in Digimi Game activities through improper means or other unfair methods.

Users must not interfere with the normal provision of software and services by Digimi Game including but not limited to:

1. Attacking, intruding into Digimi Game's website server or causing a website server overload;

2. Decompiling, modifying client programs for Digimi Game software;

3. Attacking, intruding into Digimi Game's game servers or game server end program or causing a game server overload;

4. Creating, releasing, disseminating, using any form of obstacle possibly hindering the fairness, stability, or monopoly of game resources as an auxiliary tool or program, including but not limited to "auxiliary programs" (referring to programs that operate independently of the game software).

5. Using program vulnerabilities and bugs to disrupt the normal operation of games, or disseminating and helping others exploit these vulnerabilities or bugs;

6. Interfering with or obstructing others from using Digimi Game software and services;

7. Using Digimi Game software in abnormal or illegal ways (including but not limited to logging into the game privately using Digimi Game software);

8. Using abnormal methods to log into Digimi Game software (including but not limited to using third-party software, hardware, or system to log into Digimi Game software), using network accelerators, etc. as auxiliary programs, or robotic process automation programs to maliciously disrupt service facilities, disturb normal service order;

9. Using Digimi Game software or online gaming systems to exploit technical flaws, loopholes, or unreasonable settings, and profit at one's own expense or at the expense of others by various forms (including but not limited to reproducing game virtual items); or engaging in similar improper behavior;

10. Modifying any proprietary communication agreements used for Digimi Game software, or locking data on dynamic random access memory (RAM) within the game.

To avoid undermining fairness and balance within the game, users agree and understand that they can only interact with Digimi Game software and services through entertainment activities ("entertainment activities" refer to user interactions with game content, tasks, and activities).


In-Game Currencies and Goods

PlayVille include virtual in-game currency ("Virtual Currency"), such as coins, outfit, and/or diamonds, that can be purchased for real money and in turn used to purchase virtual in-game items ("Virtual Items"). Please note that PlayVille does not handle and is not responsible for handling transactions acquiring Virtual Currency. All Virtual Currency transactions are handled by third-party e-commerce payment providers. By purchasing in-game Virtual Currency, you are bound by and agree to the third-party payment providers’ Terms of Use.

In addition to all third-party obligations, the following shall apply. Transferring Virtual Currency or Virtual Items outside the Games is strictly prohibited, meaning that you may not buy or sell Virtual Currency or Virtual Items for real money or otherwise exchange Virtual Currency or Virtual Items for items of value outside the Games.

You also agree that all prices and sales of Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are final. Neither third-party payment providers nor PlayVille issue refunds for completed transactions except as provided in this Terms of Use. Please note that you only purchase a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use in-game Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, and you agree that you do not own them. In the event your account is limited, terminated, suspended, modified, or deleted for any reason, at PlayVille’s sole and absolute discretion, or if PlayVille discontinues its Games, you forfeit any and all Virtual Currency and Virtual Items earned or purchased. PlayVille has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items as it sees fit and at its sole discretion, and PlayVille is under no obligation to compensate you or anyone else for any resulting losses.


Order Lost and Refund

If you did not receive Virtual Currency when conducting online purchases with PlayVille, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information about order and PlayVille support team wil help you to resend the Virtual Currency or refund.

You should give these info to PlayVille:

1. The complete order receipt with order number;

2. The character who did not receive the Virtual Currency;

PlayVille will check the purchase history details or offers used to decide if we need to resend the Virtual Currency, or refund the payment.

If you give your account or payment details to someone else, appear to be abusing our policies, or don’t protect your account with authentication, we usually can’t issue a refund.

In case of refund, payment processor’s standard terms and conditions regarding refunds will apply. User refunds are exclusive of taxes previously charged to users for product purchases.

If a user succeufully applies for a refund, they will be deducted a number of diamonds equivalent to the refund amount, with bundle packs also being converted into diamonds at a rate of 1 USD = 60 diamonds. If the diamond balance becomes negative, the user will not be able to spend diamonds in the game.

Following a refund, users will be temporarily prohibited from trading for a period of 7 days.

Multiple refunds can lead to an extended banning time.

The refund process will involve manual or automated mechanisms to ascertain whether the refund includes value-added items, such as cumulative recharge rewards or additional items in bundle packs. Users will receive a list of items that need to be destroyed. During this review period, users will be unable to trade items or use gold, coins, and diamonds.

We will scrutinize the transaction logs of users who have been refunded, looking back at the transactions prior to the refund. If the total value of these transactions surpasses a certain threshold, the associated trading users will be placed on an "observing list." Players on this list will undergo cross-verification with our offline transaction monitoring algorithm. If it is determined that they have profited through the refund mechanism, their accounts will be banned.


Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
